Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged depending on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Underwear, socks, or any items marked as “final sale.”
Customized or personalized products.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Email us at kangarooeg1@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.
Our team will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll process your return or ship the exchange item accordingly.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued as store credit or via the original payment method (depending on the case).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or a mistake was made on our end.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
